  • The return request is initiated within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product has a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

1.2 The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
  • Customized, personalized, or perishable products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

2. Return Process

2.2 Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

2.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refunds will be issued only for eligible returns that meet the conditions mentioned above.

3.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3.3 In case of cash on delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

3.4 Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

4.1 Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items only.
4.2 To request an exchange, follow the return process outlined in Section 2 and specify that you would like a replacement instead of a refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Share images of the product and packaging to support your claim.

5.2 We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, for verified claims.

6. Cancellations

6.2 Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
